At Zinglane, we carefully pack every order to help it arrive safely.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays/holidays).
- During high-volume periods (festivals, sales), processing may take a little longer. If so, we’ll update you by email.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (and SMS when available).

We currently ship from India to:

Delivery time starts after dispatch:
- United States: 10–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–14 business days
- Canada: 10–14 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to customs processing, weather, courier delays, or peak seasons.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s rules. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
Eligible Issues
We offer replacement or refund only if your item is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
- Incorrect / missing item
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing/fit preferences, or normal minor variations in finish/texture that are part of handcrafted/artisan-style products.

To request help, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement/Refund
Email support@zinglane.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the item
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
Resolution Options
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement (re-ship) at no extra cost, or
- Partial refund (for minor damage), or
- Full refund (if replacement isn’t possible)
Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal/card).
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval (banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount).
Return Shipping (If Required)
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item. If the issue is our fault (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will guide you on the return process. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
