  • During high-volume periods (festivals, sales), processing may take a little longer. If so, we’ll update you by email.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (and SMS when available).

🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.

Eligible Issues

We offer replacement or refund only if your item is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect / missing item

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing/fit preferences, or normal minor variations in finish/texture that are part of handcrafted/artisan-style products.

  • Clear photos/videos of the item
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

Resolution Options

After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (re-ship) at no extra cost, or
  • Partial refund (for minor damage), or
  • Full refund (if replacement isn’t possible)

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal/card).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval (banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount).
